Ingredients for Curd idli (Thair idli) Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Idlis
  • 1/2 Cups Curd
  • to taste Salt to taste
  • 2.50 tsp Coconut
  • 1/2 Pieces Ginger
  • 1 Pieces Green chilly
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Udad dal
  • 1/2 Pieces Red chilly
  • sprig Curry leaf
  • As Required For Ganishing Coriander leaves for garnishing

Directions: Curd Idli (thair Idli) Recipe

  • STEP 1.*Cut idlis into small cubes and place it in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.*Coarsely grind coconut,ginger ,green chillies and mix with curd, add salt, mix well.
  • STEP 3.*Pour curd mixture into the idlis and keep for 10-15 mins.
  • STEP 4.*Heat oil,splutter mustard and fry udad dal,red chilly,curry leaves.Add to the idlis and garnish with coriander.
  • STEP 5.*Serve immediately.
