Ingredients for Special Curd Rice Recipe

  • 100 gm Cooked rice
  • 0.13 Litre Curd
  • to taste Salt to taste
  • 1/4 g Crushed ginger
  • 1/2 g Crushed green chilly
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard
  • 1/4 Pieces Red chilly
  • 3/4 tsp Grated carrot
  • sprig Curry leaf
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh coriander

Directions: Special Curd Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.*Combine rice, curd, ginger, green chilly and salt, mix well and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.*Heat coconut oil, splutter mustard, add red chilly, curry leaf and grated carrot. Saute for sometimes and switch off the flame then add to the rice mixture, springle fresh coriander and mix well.
  • STEP 3.*Special curd rice is ready to serve.
  • STEP 4.*Serve with tomato pickle, papad and fried curd chilly.
