Ingredients For Baked Denver Omelette Recipe

• 1 Small yellow onion finely diced
• 0.5 cup Finely chopped red bell pepper
• 0.5 cup Finely chopped green bell pepper
• 1 cup Chopped mushrooms
• 1 cup Fully cooked diced ham
• 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese i like to use a blend of white cheddar and yellow cheddar
• 8 Egg
• 0.5 cup Half and half or milk
• As required Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
• Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
