Ingredients For BADAM KESAR ISHQ KI TAAJA THANDAI Recipe
1 litre Milk
6 tablespoons Sugar
A Few Saffron strands
0.5 teaspoon Rose water
30 As Required Almonds
10 As Required Cashew
10 As Required Pistachios
2 tablespoons Melon seeds
1 tablespoon Poppy seeds
4 g 4-5 G
Directions : BADAM KESAR ISHQ KI TAAJA THANDAI Recipe
STEP 1.Soak the ingredients under “For the paste” in water overnight or for 6-8 hours.
STEP 2.Strain the soaked mixture. Peel almonds and grind to a smooth paste with little water.
STEP 3.Boil milk to a point where it starts bubbling.
STEP 4.Take some milk in a separate bowl and add saffron to it.
STEP 5.Add the paste and sugar to the boiling milk.
STEP 6.Simmer for 5 minutes until it slightly thickens.
STEP 7.Add saffron infused milk.
STEP 8.Turn off the heat and add rose water.
STEP 9.Strain the milk or you could have as it is.
STEP 10.Pour the thandai in serving glasses.
STEP 11.Garnish & serve chilled.
