Ingredients For Asian Risotto Recipe

• 90 gram Coriander
• 2.5 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
• 2 Garlic cloves chopped
• 1 tablespoon Grated fresh ginger
• 1 Onion sliced
• 1 part Stem lemongrass, white only, finely chopped
• 1 Red chilli, seeds removed, finely chopped
• 1 Red capsicum, seeds removed, finely sliced
• 1.5 cup Arborio Rice
• 1 cup White wine
• 800 milliliter Massel vegetable liquid stock
• 100 gram Snake beans or thinly sliced green beans
• 100 gram Fresh shiitake mushrooms
• 1 Juice of lime
• 2 tablespoon Ketjap manis
• 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
