Directions : Anjaneya Vada Recipe

STEP 1.Rinse and soak urad dal 4-5 hours.

STEP 2.In a grinder take 2 cups of soaked urad dal, 2 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, curry leaves and salt and grind everything mentioned together.

STEP 3.In a mixing bowl take out the grinded mix and add 1 cup of rice flour.

STEP 4.Knead the mix to make a dough and prepare small tikki’s.

STEP 5.In a pan add oil for deep frying and drop the prepared tikki’s in the oil and fry both the sides till golden colour appears.

STEP 6.Remove the tikki from the pan and drain excess oil.

STEP 7.Serve anjaneya vada hot for the crispy crust.
