  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 0.63 En Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • as needed A Few Curry Leaves, Chopped

  • STEP 1.Soak urad dal in water for 4-5 hours, then drain the water.
  • STEP 2.Grind the soaked dal into a smooth batter, adding a little water if needed.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, green chilies, curry leaves, ginger, and salt to the batter. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
