• 1 cup Chopped nuts, walnuts or pecans are my favorites
• 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon Butter
• pinch Small pinch of salt and cayenne pepper
• 2 Heads romaine lettuce, chopped
• 0.5 cup Feta, bleu or parmesan cheese
• 6 Strips bacon, cooked and chopped or crumbled
• 1 cup 1/2 dried cranberries or cherries
