Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, semolina, salt, and oil to make a dough.
• STEP 2.In a separate bowl, mash boiled potatoes and mix in chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, and spices.
• STEP 3.Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them. Place a spoonful of the potato filling in the center and seal the edges to form a ball.
• STEP 4.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the kachoris until golden brown and crispy.
• STEP 5.Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.

Cooking Tips

• Make sure the dough is not too soft or too hard. It should be pliable.
• You can adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less green chilies.
• To make the kachoris extra crispy, you can double fry them. Fry them once, remove from oil, and then fry again until golden brown.

• Aloo Pyaz Kachori is best served hot and fresh.
• If you have leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
