  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine buckwheat flour, mashed potatoes, green chili, ginger, coriander leaves, and spices.
  • STEP 2.Knead the mixture into a smooth dough, adding water as needed.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into balls.
  • STEP 4.Flatten each ball and stuff it with a spoonful of potato filling.
  • STEP 5.Seal the edges and gently flatten the stuffed ball into a disc.
