How to Make Pyaz Ki Kachori Recipe

In a bowl add gram flour. Add 1/2 tsp salt, carrom seeds, oil, water and make a dough. In a pan heat some oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, gram flour, chopped onions, chillies, garlic and ginger. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and 1 tbsp salt. Add corinader powder, garam masala, mashed potato, sugar and some lemon juice. Mix well and turn off the flame. Now fill the kachori with stuffing and fry until golden brown.
