  • 1.50 cup White Flour
  • As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ajwain
  • As required Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
  • 2 cup Gram flour
  • 4 Onions
  • 1 Potato
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 4-5 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add gram flour. Add 1/2 tsp salt, carrom seeds, oil, water and make a dough. In a pan heat some oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, gram flour, chopped onions, chillies, garlic and ginger. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes.

  • STEP 1.Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and 1 tbsp salt. Add corinader powder, garam masala, mashed potato, sugar and some lemon juice. Mix well and turn off the flame. Now fill the kachori with stuffing and fry until golden brown.
