How to Make Jodhpuri Pyaaz Kachori Recipe
Prepare the dough with carom seeds, oil and salt
Preparation of spices-
Take a pan, wait for the smell of spices
Grind the prepared spices in a grinder into a powder.
Take a pan, a tablespoon of oil ,put the powder prepared earlier and fry for a while. Then add some ginger, green chillies, add chopped onions, salt, powders and gram flour. Add boiled smashed potatoes, lemon juice, pinch of sugar, garam masala and cook on medium flame.
Garnish the stuffing with some fresh coriander leaves.
Cool the material and make small spheres of it.
Take a portion of dough, make spheres in proportion
Fill the dough spheres with stuffing using your hands and shape the sphere with light pressure
Roll the prepared stuffed spheres
Put the prepared kachori
Set into a deep frying pan, using all purpose oil, fry the kachori
cook till they get light golden glaze.
Serve hot with some chutney.
