Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, semolina, salt, and oil to make a dough.
  • STEP 2.In a separate bowl, mash boiled potatoes and mix in chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, and spices.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them. Place a spoonful of the potato filling in the center and seal the edges to form a ball.
