Directions : Aloo Potol Rasa Recipe

STEP 1.Cut the pointed gourd from the middle

STEP 2.Fry the tomatoes and make a paste

STEP 3.Fry the pointed gourd and potatoes with cooking oil and set aside

STEP 4.Heat the pan,add cooking oil and ghee

STEP 5.Add cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaves, temp them

STEP 6.Add the chopped onions and fry till brown

STEP 7.Add the ginger garlic paste and mix well

STEP 8.Add turmeric powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,red chili powder and kashmiri red chili powder, mix well

STEP 9.Add the tomato paste and add 1 glass of water

STEP 10.Add the fried potatoes and pointed gourd

STEP 11.Cover and cook for 5mins

STEP 12.Serve with rice
