Directions : Aam'R Tok Recipe

STEP 1.Peel and soak the mangoes for 30mins

STEP 2.Heat a pan with mustard oil

STEP 3.Add dried red chilies and mustard seeds

STEP 4.Temp them

STEP 5.Add the mangoes and mix well

STEP 6.Add salt and hot water

STEP 7.Add turmeric and mix well

STEP 8.Add sugar

STEP 9.Let it cook for 5mins until the mangoes gets soft

STEP 10.Serve as chutney after meal
