Ingredients for Aam'R Tok Recipe

  • 500 gram kacha aam
  • 10 gram mustard oil
  • 1 piece dried red chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 10 gram Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 130 gram Sugar
  • 500 gram Water

step 1

  • STEP 1.Peel and soak the mangoes for 30mins

step 2

  • STEP 2.Heat a pan with mustard oil

step 3

  • STEP 3.Add dried red chilies and mustard seeds

step 4

  • STEP 4.Temp them

step 5

  • STEP 5.Add the mangoes and mix well

step 6

  • STEP 6.Add salt and hot water

step 7

  • STEP 7.Add turmeric and mix well

step 8

  • STEP 8.Add sugar

step 9

  • STEP 9.Let it cook for 5mins until the mangoes gets soft

step 10

  • STEP 10.Serve as chutney after meal
