• 0.5 cup White onion finely diced
• 2 Small garlic cloves finely chopped
• 2.5 cup Squash or zucchini about 2 medium size squash
• 6 cup Chicken Broth
• 12 Squash blossoms cleaned and stems removed
• As required Salt To Taste
• 1.5 cup Panela cheese or queso fresco
