Ingredients For Thread Paneer with Spicy Dip Recipe
1 Packet Paneer (CUT IN CUBES)
2 Tsp Red chilli powder
1 Tsp Soya sauce
A Few Chilli flakes
1 Tbsp Tomato ketchup
1 Tbsp Corn flour
1 Packet Boiled noodles
2 Pieces tomatoes(cuts in square shape)
1 Pieces Medium-size Red Capsicum
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Oregano
As Required Tomato ketchup
1 tsp a spoonful of sugar
1 Tsp Red chilli powder
As Required Salt
2 Pieces Add green chillies
As Required Kadi pata / curry leaves
A Bunch Coriander leaves
Directions : Thread Paneer with Spicy Dip Recipe
STEP 1.In a bowl, add red chilli powder, chilli flakes, soya sauce and tomato ketchup and mix well. Let it rest aside
STEP 2.Now, take the paneer cubes and put them into the bowl so that the cubes are well marinated. Let them rest aside for 10 mins.
STEP 3.Now coat the paneer with corn flour, so that the flavour stays.
STEP 4.On a flat surface, take 2-3 strand of boiled and cooled noodles and wrap the paneer
STEP 5.Heat the oil and fry the wrapped paneer. Make sure to keep the heat on high flame while putting the paneer in and then keep rotating the flame between high and medium to make it crisp. Fry till golden brown
STEP 6.Once done, sprinkle some chaat masala on the thread paneer. It's ready
STEP 7.Making Dip
STEP 8.In a hot pan, add some oil, then add green chilli, let it sizzle and add curry leaves and capsicum. Let it all fry.
STEP 9.Now add tomatoes, oregano, red chilli powder and mix well. Then add ketchup, sugar, salt and cook well.
STEP 10.Smash the tomatoes a little with the spoon and garnish with coriander leaves.
STEP 11.Tadaaa, the dip is ready.!!!
