Ingredients for Chicken Salami Recipe

  • 25 gms Boneless chicken
  • 1/10 g Ginger garlic paste
  • As Required Chopped Green chillies
  • 1/20 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/20 cup Chopped coriander
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Chicken Salami Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take all these things in a mixer jar with a mince blade or in a chopper (as I've used) and blitz all of this together and form a nice mince mixture. Meanwhile take a vessel with water for boiling the salami rolls and put it for boiling. Take the mixture out in the centre of a large double layered silver foil and roll it tightly into a log and close the ends like a toffee. Put this roll in the boiling water making sure it's immersed in the water and simmer covered for 10 minutes. Switch off gas and let it stand for another 10 minutes. Remove from the water and let it cool. Then refrigerate for a couple of hours and remove the foil. Slice into desired thickness with a sharp knife and use for sandwiches/ snacks or salads
  • STEP 2.It can be stored in fridge upto 4-5 days and in freezer upto 2 months ..
