• 1 tablespoon Sugar
• 10 Basil leaves, cut into strips
• 1 tablespoon Canola or other vegetable oil
• Thai Red Curry Paste
• 0.5 onion, diced
• 3 red chillies
• 1 inch galangal, sliced thinly
• 1 stalk Lemongrass
• 1 tablespoon lime juice + zest of one lime
• 1 tablespoon Thai hot sauce, like Sriracha
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon ground coriander
• 1 teaspoon ground black or white pepper
• 2 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon Sugar
