This recipe is a Portuguese and Japanese famous prawn dipping sauce recipe. This recipe is made with many ingredients.Good for health.Easy to cook.Healthy meal.
STEP 1.Prepare the prawns and vegetables and set aside.
STEP 1.In a bowl add flour, ice cold water and mayonnaise. Mix together.
STEP 2.Now add prawns and vegetables to the batter. Coat them properly.
STEP 3.When cooked place them on a plate and fry the others.
STEP 4.Sauce add mirin to a small saucepan and boil on high heat for a minute . Add water, soy sauce and dashi powder. Bring to boil.
STEP 5.Place the sauce in a bowl and then serve with tempura. Pour a cup of dipping sauce on it.
