• 150 gram Cooking oil spray
• 4 Limes cut into wedges *to serve
• 1 cup Rice boiled *to serve
• 1 teaspoon Ground fenugreek seeds
• 1 teaspoon Chilli powder optional
• 1.5 tablespoon Garlic paste
• 2 teaspoon Ginger paste
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 2 teaspoon Garam Masala
• 2 teaspoon Mint flakes
• 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika
• 2 teaspoon Ground turmeric
• 1 Lemon juiced
• 5 Limes juiced
• 1 teaspoon Black pepper
• 1 Onion grated medium
