STEP 1.Boil the sweet potatoes in hot boiling water until they are cooked
STEP 2.Let it cool down then peel off the skin
STEP 3.Take a bowl and mash the potatoes
STEP 4.Now add flour,sugar,water and make a non sticky dough
STEP 5.Then make small balls of the dough and coat each ball with sesame seeds
STEP 6.Add enough oil in a pot and heat it. Once fried take out from the pan and dust with fine sugar then serve. Then place it until it turns golden brown.
