Add the ginger and green chili and knead it again to incorporate all the ingredients together. If needed oil your palm again and dust the corn starch over the dough as needed. Ingredients for Potato Balls Recipe

  • 3 No.s large potatoes
  • 2 cup All purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup blended yellow split peas
  • 1 tablespoon roasted ground geera
  • 1.50 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 2 tablespoon ground garlic
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Yeast
  • As required Salt

Directions: Potato Balls Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Take flour in a bowl and add jeera, turmeric, baking powder, yeast, garlic, yellow split beans and salt.

  • STEP 1.Mix everything together and gradually add water to form a nice thick and sticky paste.

  • STEP 1.Let this batter sit for about 20 minutes to rise. Then peel and cut potatoes into big chunks. Boil some water and add potatoes and salt in it and let it boil.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Drain the boil potatoes and put them in a bowl. To this add margarine, jeera, pepper and salt. Mash everything using a potato masher and make small balls.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Coat the potato balls in the made flour mix. Heat oil in a pan and fry your potato balls until they turn nice and brown from all the sides.
