A very easy instant sweet balls prepared from banana & wheat flour.This sweet fried banana balls are also known as undampori recipe/undan pori/pazha unda/gothambu unda/sweet bonda recipe etc in Kerala (South India), and this fried banana balls is made with sugar (without jaggery) as many of the traditional versions call for jaggery.

Ingredients for Sweet Banana Balls Recipe

  • 3 Nos ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 3 tsptcoconut
  • 3 tspt
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1/2 liter Oil

Directions: Sweet Banana Balls Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut banana into pieces

step 2

  • STEP 2.Grind banana and sugar together.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Now transfer the banana sugar mixture in a bowl.

step 4

  • STEP 4.In the same bowl add wheat flour,grated coconut,roasted sesame seeds,baking powder and mix well.

step 6

  • STEP 1.add oil in a kadai & heat it. take a small portions of the mixture and gently drop it into the kadai one by one
