  • 1 pound sweet potatoes
  • 3/4 cup refined flour
  • 1-2 tablespoon Water
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon white sesame seeds
  • As required Oil
  • As required Fine sugar for dusting

  • STEP 1.Boil the sweet potatoes in hot boiling water until they are cooked

step 2

  • STEP 2.Let it cool down then peel off the skin

step 3

  • STEP 3.Take a bowl and mash the potatoes

step 4

  • STEP 4.Now add flour,sugar,water and make a non sticky dough

step 5

  • STEP 5.Then make small balls of the dough and coat each ball with sesame seeds
  • STEP 6.Add enough oil in a pot and heat it. Once fried take out from the pan and dust with fine sugar then serve. Then place it until it turns golden brown.
