The first time i had these pakode was at pune university open canteen. Since then, i fell in love with these delicious pakode and take every opportunity available to make them.

4 large garlic cloves grated fine

1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 branch curry leaves
1 teaspoon flat turmeric powder

1 teaspoon Lemon juice
