  • STEP 1.Wash and slice the snake gourd into thin rounds. Remove the seeds from the slices.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and water to make a thick batter.
  • STEP 3.Take a slice of snake gourd and stuff it with a mixture of grated coconut, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, garlic, and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 4.Dip the stuffed snake gourd slice into the gram flour batter, ensuring it is well coated.
