So i have added more recipes for stir-fried spinach in this article and hope that you will be able to give it least one or two versions a go. As always, how much seasoning you add comes down to personal preference. Feel free to reduce the amount of salt or other ingredients that accompany each version of this dish. In the east, we use spinach stalks and leaves but in the west people tend to only use spinach leaves or baby spinach. Another cooking tip for cooking green leaf vegetables in chinese cooking: add 1 or 2 drizzles or rice wine before turning off the fire. This will make the vegetables taste even better.
