STEP 1.Boil the moong and chana sprout for 2-4 mins.
STEP 2.Chop the veggies-onion, cucumber, tomato, coriander leaves. ( smaller the pieces, the better it will taste)
STEP 3.Take the sprout in a big bowl(so it’s easier for you to mix)
STEP 4.Add the chat masala, black salt, all the veggies, and salt to taste.
STEP 5.Give it a good mix
STEP 6.At last, add 2 tsp of lemon juice.
STEP 7.And your sprout chat is good to serve.
