  • STEP 1.Boil the mixed sprouts until they are cooked but still retain their crunchiness.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the sprouts, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Drizzle tamarind chutney and mint chutney over the sprouts mixture. Toss gently to coat.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with sev (fried gram flour noodles) and serve immediately.
