Ingredients for Sprout Chat Recipe

  • As required One handful of moong and chana sprout
  • As required Finely chopped onions
  • As required Diced Tomato
  • As required Chopped cucumbers/lettuce
  • As required Half lime
  • 2 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt

Directions: Sprout Chat Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Boil the moong and chana sprout for 2-4 mins.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Chop the veggies-onion, cucumber, tomato, coriander leaves. ( smaller the pieces, the better it will taste)

step 3

  • STEP 3.Take the sprout in a big bowl(so it’s easier for you to mix)

step 4

  • STEP 4.Add the chat masala, black salt, all the veggies, and salt to taste.

  • STEP 5.Give it a good mix

step 6

  • STEP 6.At last, add 2 tsp of lemon juice.

step 7

  • STEP 7.And your sprout chat is good to serve.
