For Plain Idli batter you will need

1 cup 3/4 cup Urad dal
0.5 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
salt per taste
For Rajkot Chutney
0.5 cup roasted peanuts
0.5 cup fresh green chillies
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
As required Salt
For Green Idli
3 cup plain Idly Batter
2 cup fresh spinach
2 tablespoon Rajkot chutney
0.25 cup finely chopped 3 coloured capsicum
