  • STEP 1.Blanch the spinach leaves in boiling water for a few seconds and then transfer them to ice-cold water.
  • STEP 2.Squeeze out the excess water from the spinach leaves and finely chop them.
  • STEP 3.In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes and add the chopped spinach, bread crumbs, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
