• 12 15 schezuan peppercorns
• 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
• 1 Garlic clove sliced
• 20 gram Ginger chopped finely
• 1 Red chilli, seeded and sliced
• 1 tablespoon Crushed schezuan pepper
• 2 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
• 750 milliliter Chicken Stock
• Glug of rice wine or sherry
