Recipe By Slurrp

Spicy Korean Meatballs are a delicious twist on traditional meatballs, with a spicy and tangy Korean-inspired sauce. These meatballs are made with a combination of ground beef and pork, which gives them a juicy and flavorful texture. The sauce is made with a mixture of gochujang (Korean chili paste), soy sauce, garlic, and ginger, which adds a spicy and savory kick. Serve these Spicy Korean Meatballs as an appetizer, a main dish with rice or noodles, or as a filling for sandwiches or sliders.

  • Reheat the meatballs in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through.
  • Serve the reheated meatballs with steamed rice and a side of kimchi for a complete meal.
