• 1 pound Ground beef or turkey
• 0.75 cup Chopped Red Onion
• 5 Garlic cloves, minced
• 3 tablespoon Tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon Chili powder
• 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
• 0.5 teaspoon 1 salt
• 1.75 cup 2 water
• 1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 can Pinto beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 can Diced Tomatoes
• 1 can Tomato Sauce
• 1 tablespoon Gustus vitae spicy chocolate cinnamon cane sugar
• 3 cup Peeled butternut squash, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
• 2 tablespoon Cider vinegar
• Optional: chopped avocado, plain greek yogurt and shredded mozzarella cheese
