• 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
• 1 Zucchini diced
• 1 Cucumber diced
• 1 Red bell pepper diced
• 1 Red onion diced
• 4.8 ounce Can sliced olives drained
• 0.75 cup Salami sliced or cubed
• 1 cup Olive oil
• 0.5 cup Red wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
• 2 teaspoon Dried basil
• 2 teaspoon Dried oregano
• 1 tablespoon White granulated sugar
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
