• 2 tablespoon Tomato puree
• 300 milliliter Vegetable stock
• 6 Small flour tortillas
• 150 gram Cheddar, grated
• 150 gram Mozzarella
• 1 Avocado sliced
• 0.5 bunch Fresh coriander, chopped
