• 0.25 teaspoon Salt
• 1 cup Dry white wine
• 1 pound Peeled and deveined raw shrimp , chopped
• 1 cup Frozen Peas, Thawed
• 1 cup Finely shredded parmigiano reggiano cheese, divided
• 2 tablespoon Chopped rinsed preserved lemon peel
