1 can No salt added crushed tomatoes
0.25 cup Creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoon Reduced sodium soy sauce or fish sauce
6 cup Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
1 pound Uncooked shrimp , peeled and deveined
6 ounce Uncooked thick rice noodles
1 cup Bean Sprouts
4 Green onions, sliced
Optional: chopped peanuts and additional chopped chili pepper
