12 Pieces Water Lilly Steam ( cut into medium pieces )
5 Pieces green chilli
2 Tbsp mustard oil
250 g Prawns
To Taste Salt
1 Tbsp Turmeric powder
1 Tsp Nigella Seeds (Kalonji)
1 Tsp Sugar
Directions : Shapla chingri Recipe
STEP 1.Heat a kadai with oil. Add nigella seeds and green chilli. 1 min later add prawns. Fry it for 3 mins. Then add water lily steam. Fry it for 4 mins in low flame. Then add salt and turmeric powder. Fry another 5 mins. Then add sugar. Few seconds later turn off the gas. Serve it with rice.
