STEP 1.I have prepared restaurant style shahi paneer with ITC premix.
STEP 2.Heat butter in a wok. Add tomato puree (I prepared it by grating tomatoes ). Saute for 2 minutes.
STEP 3.Add ITC premix. Cook it in tomato puree. Adjust the consistency of mixture by adding water slowly.
STEP 4.Now add paneer cubes and mix. Simmer it on low flame for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame.
STEP 5.Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves and grated beetroot with rice or parantha.
As I have prepared it with premix it takes less time in cooking.
