  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 5 Cashews
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 0.13 cup Cream
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, and cardamom pods.
  • STEP 2.Add onions and cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  • STEP 4.Add tomatoes, cashews, and spices. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture thickens.
  • STEP 5.Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • STEP 6.Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • STEP 7.Return the blended mixture to the pan and add paneer cubes and cream.
