• 2 tablespoon Olive oil or sesame oil
• 2 Dried red chilies broken
• 1.25 cup Mixed vegetables chopped
• 2 sprig Spring onions
• 5.5 tablespoon Red chili paste or 15 to 20 red chillies or red chilli powder
• 1 tablespoon Tomato Sauce
• 0.75 tablespoon Garlic chopped finely
• 0.75 tablespoon Ginger chopped finely
• 1 Onion medium sized
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• 1 teaspoon Sugar
• 1 tablespoon Soya sauce
• 1 teaspoon Vinegar
• 0.25 teaspoon Sichuan pepper powder
