  • 1/4 packet of hakka noodles, cooked and cooled
  • 1/4 cup finally chopped mix vegetables such as carrots, green pepper, cauliflower, cabbage, beans, as per your preference
  • 1/4 bunch spring onion chopped finely, keep the white and green part separately
  • 3/4 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red kashmiri chillies paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oil
  • As required Salt
