1 cup Jaggery
2 cup white sesame seeds powdered
1 Tb sesame seeds toasted to coat
0.5 Tb ghee for greasing
1.5 tb green cardamom powder
Tilacha Poli
250 gram All purpose flour
2 Tb oil for kneading
As required Salt
100 gram white sesame seeds
100 gram gram flour
200 gram Jaggery
100 gram Peanuts
100 gram Fresh/desiccated coconut
2 poppy seeds tbn
Warm water to knead
ghee to serve
