Directions : Saksuka Recipe

STEP 1.Heat oil over medium heat.

STEP 2.Add onions and garlic.

STEP 3.Cook till they flip a small amount soft.

STEP 4.Add red bell pepper and still cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat till softened

STEP 5.Add fixings and diced tomatoes.

STEP 6.Add all the spices and sugar.

STEP 7.Season with salt and pepper and permit to simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes till it starts to scale back.

STEP 8.Crack the eggs over the tomato mixture, one within the middle and five round the edges of the pan.

STEP 9.Cover the pan till the eggs area unit parched.

STEP 10.Garnish with recent parsley and serve with crusty bread or flatbread.
