• 1 coriander Seeds: Spoon
• 0.5 methi Seeds : spoon
• 1 Split Urad Dal : spoon
• 1.5 tablespoon Grated jaggery
• 2 As required Red and Green Chillies: each Tamarind : Lemon Sized soaked in water Asafoetida: A pinch Salt: oil : 2 tbsp
• tamarind : Lemon Sized soaked in water
• 1 pinch Asafoetida
• As required Salt
• 2 tablespoon Oil
• 1 mustard and Cumin Seeds: Spoon Each
• pinch asafoetida and Turmeric; One Each
• 1 Red Chillies
• Curry Leaves : Few
• 1.5 teaspoon Oil
