A traditional and dish specially made during festivals and enhances your taste buds. Its famous in south India and we will do this dish with a Bengali touch.
STEP 1.Peel the banana and dice them into pieces. Wash them thoroughly.
STEP 2.Chop the onions.
STEP 3.In a kadai add 1 cup of water and the diced raw banana.Add the cumin paste, garlic paste, ginger paste and green chili paste (all 2tbsp) and mix them well.
STEP 4.Now add the turmeric powder 1 tsp and salt to taste. Stir them and cover it. Cook it for 10 mins or till the time the raw banana gets cooked.
STEP 5.Now with the help of the ladle try smashing the cooked raw banana. The consistency should be thick and it should be a semi-paste.
